I would like to know more on how you 'killed' it yourself? I have been on Keflex for 10-12 days out of the month for 4 months straight. Its the only thing that at least makes them go away even temporarirly!? Mr Dr suggested Bactiban nasal to help prevent it but it is on 3 month back order from the maufacturer. Please let me know anything!!!!????

The major good news my friend is that this bacteria can be killed from your body. Other good news for you is that it is not the most difficult thing in the world to get rid of. The bad news is, it won't be easy ether. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you . I am not a blogger and this was my first. But I am sincere.... I only want you to know how I killed MRSA so you can too.
It was a nasty few years for me and I had a bad habit of putting things off. when the deep boil came up on my otherwise perfect male hip one day I thaught it was just a pimple. Then it got bigger and bigger and so painfull that even " I " couldn't cut into it myself. I say that because I had had some acne cysts in the distant past and found it was easier to do my own draining with a needle than go to a doctor.
BUT THIS WAS NO CYST!!!
THIS WAS DEEP AND MEAN.
A doctor cut it out of my side and was so ignorant he did not recognise that it was MRSA. He said that people have been getting "Boils" for hundreds ofb years and that it was not a big deal!!
Like an idiot, I believed the Doctor and went back to my life thinking it was over.. Then the next one popped up.... And the next.. then the next.. Then my lover got one...... then another,,, then one in the center of his face..
Then we got serious
Keflex (Cephalexin) will NOT KILL THE BACTERIA...
We both started with biaxin XL500mg tablets by ABBOT at th same time, 20 Days two tablets a day.
I will have to look into my medical records to get the correct spellings and meds I took to be healthy again.
There may be powerfull Antibiotic injections today that can kill this thing in one step .
I will continue this blog once I gather my facts.
My prime suggestion is to find a reputable doctor that specializes in RESISTANT BACTERIAL INFECTIONS!!!
I will get back to this blog when I know my total antibiotics regimen.
There were times when I thaught It would win, but it was destroyed from by body just like any other bacterial infection.

Please remember this is a nasty bug. I searched the web and also found the nasal connection, not realizing it was the antibiotic keflex that was not able to kill the bacterium. Either way don't wait for a prescription to kill something in your nasal passages. Most drug stores have a spray product called LANACANE maximum strength . Use it just in case, if you want to. Hell I did...

Well it's been a long time now, almost a year from the last post but it seems like so much longer. My wonderful beautiful love and I are still doing great.. The infection is gone...So,,..That was that... I've loved my cool man without fail since I met the sweet bastard in 1992 ((Love is strong)) but I must admit that I appreciate him much more since that ordeal. Much Much... more.. I like to think I knew in my soul when the menace was dead. Hell I felt it die. But the truth is, I wasn't really sure until enough time passed and proved it for my love and I.
